Paste your store address and a REST API key. NDA CRM reads orders, customers, products and stock through the WooCommerce API and writes tags, cancellations, orders and stock back. Nothing to install on WordPress.
Connect in two minutes
- WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key, permission Read/Write.
- In NDA CRM: Connect your store → WordPress / WooCommerce → paste the address and the two keys.
- Press Test. You see the order count of your store immediately.
What syncs
- Orders with billing/shipping, phone, products and payment method (COD detected from the
codgateway). - Tracking numbers from the shipment-tracking plugin (
_wc_shipment_tracking_items) or from common meta keys such as_awb/_tracking_number; the courier from the tracking provider. - Products and variations with SKU, price and stock.
- Order status: processing / on-hold orders enter the confirmation list; completed orders count as delivered.
What writes back
- Tags (kept in order meta
_nda_tags). - Cancellations (status → cancelled).
- Orders created by phone, with COD fee and customer note.
- Stock from goods receipts, as deltas per product or variation.
Webhook for instant confirmation
Add a WooCommerce webhook (Order created → your workspace URL) and new orders reach the call list seconds after checkout instead of at the next hourly sync. Signed with your consumer secret.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a plugin?
No. The integration uses the WooCommerce REST API that is already part of WooCommerce.
Where do you read the tracking number from?
From the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin format and from the usual meta keys. If your theme or plugin uses another key, tell us — adding one is a one-line change.
HTTP or HTTPS?
HTTPS only, and WordPress permalinks must not be “Plain”, otherwise the REST routes do not exist.
