Built-in cloud phone system

Most CRMs stop at “open your phone app”. NDA CRM ships with its own cloud PBX: your agents take and make calls from the browser, every call lands on the right order, and you bring a number from any SIP provider.

Your trunk, isolated

Each account gets its own SIP trunk and queue on a regional Asterisk node, provisioned automatically. Bring a number from any provider in any country — you only paste the trunk credentials.

Calls in the browser

Agents log in and talk through WebRTC. No softphone to install; a desk phone can share the same account.

Inbound, outbound, queue

Incoming calls ring the team through a real queue with music and overflow; missed calls stay in the queue log, not on one agent’s phone. Click-to-call from any order dials out with the store’s caller ID.

Caller ID that opens the order

The moment the phone rings, the customer file opens — past orders, risk, address, parcels in transit — so the agent already knows who is calling and why.

Standalone or bundled

A services business can take only the phone system; a store can run the CRM without it. Same platform, your choice.

Agents, recordings, statistics

Agents log in from any browser; the supervisor sees who is on a call, who is paused, how long the queue is. Every call is recorded, linked to the order, and counted per agent: answered, missed, talk time, confirmations.

Customer sheet on ring

The call center keeps its own memory of every number: total orders, COD confirmation rate, refusals, flags. It shows on the agent’s screen the moment the phone rings — even for a store that only uses the phone system, without the CRM.

One-click pairing with the CRM

From the CRM press Connect, log into the call center, press Allow. Keys are generated and exchanged automatically, revoked with Disconnect. Orders to confirm flow to the agents; their outcomes, calls and recordings flow back.

Open to any system

A public API and signed webhooks push orders in and call events out, so a custom shop, an ERP or another CRM can use the same phone system.

Two products, one platform — take either

The phone system and the CRM are sold separately and each works on its own.

  • Phone system only — for an agency, a clinic, a services business or a store that keeps its own CRM. Create the call center account at call.ndacrm.com: name, email, region, and the trunk and queue are provisioned for you. Bring a number from any SIP provider.
  • CRM only — if you already have a PBX. Connect Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Yeastar, Twilio or anything that can post a webhook, and calls still open the customer file.
  • Both — press Connect in the CRM, allow the access in the call center, done: keys are exchanged automatically, orders to confirm flow to the agents, their outcomes and calls flow back. Disconnect any time.

Two accounts, two logins, two subscriptions — deliberately. A call center customer never pays for courier tracking, and a store that already has a PBX never pays for a trunk.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the CRM to use the phone system?

No. The call center is a separate product with its own account at call.ndacrm.com — sign up, pick a region, bring a SIP number, and your team can take calls. Stores that keep their own CRM use it exactly like this.

Do I need the phone system to use the CRM?

No. The CRM works with any PBX by webhook — Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Yeastar, Twilio — or with no phone system at all if your team calls from mobiles.

If I take both, is it one account?

Two accounts and two subscriptions, linked with one click from the CRM. That way each product is paid for only if it is used, and you can drop one without losing the other.

Do I need a telecom contract?

You need a SIP trunk (a number with outbound minutes) from any provider — local or international. NDA CRM does not resell telecom.

Is call recording available?

Yes, per workspace, with retention you control, subject to local law.

What is the price of the phone system?

It is priced separately from the CRM plans; write to us with your number of agents and countries.
