How the Poșta Română integration works
- Connect once. In Couriers → Poșta Română paste your Poșta Română business account credentials. Credentials are encrypted per workspace and never shared between accounts.
- Test. The “Test connection” button performs a real login against Poșta Română and tells you immediately if a credential is wrong.
- Track automatically. Every hour (and whenever you press “Check parcels”), NDA CRM asks Poșta Română for the status of each open parcel and writes it on the order — the raw Poșta Română event plus a normalised status shared by all 16 couriers.
- Act. Refused and returned parcels go to the returns queue; parcels waiting at a pickup point trigger the reminder message you configured; stuck parcels raise an alert.
