ConnectRO integration: AWBs and invoices next to your orders
ConnectRO and NDA CRM are built by the same team and sit on either side of the same order. ConnectRO creates the shipping label and the invoice; NDA CRM confirms the order by phone, follows the parcel to the door and matches the money when it comes back.
Who does what
- ConnectRO — label creation for Cargus, Sameday, DPD, FAN, GLS and the rest, courier accounts per store, fiscal invoices and e-Factura, printing and pickup requests. Works on Shopify and WooCommerce.
- NDA CRM — phone confirmation before the label is printed, tracking across all carriers, alerts on stuck and refused parcels, COD settlement matching, warehouse scanning and real profit.
Why run both
A COD store loses money in two places: orders that ship without being confirmed, and cash that never gets reconciled. ConnectRO removes the manual work of issuing AWBs and invoices; the CRM removes the guessing before and after. The order flows: confirmed in the CRM, labelled in ConnectRO, tracked in the CRM, settled in the CRM.
No double entry
Both read the same store. An AWB issued in ConnectRO appears in the CRM on the next sync, under the right courier, on the right order — no import, no copy-paste. The CRM never issues labels, so there is no risk of two AWBs on one order.
Same store, both platforms
Shopify and WooCommerce are supported by both products, so a store can start with one and add the other later without changing anything in the shop.
Separate accounts, separate subscriptions
ConnectRO is its own product at connectro.app with its own account. Take either alone, or both.
Frequently asked questions
Does the CRM create AWBs?
No, deliberately. Label creation lives in ConnectRO; the CRM tracks whatever AWB exists on the order, from any source.
Will the parcel show the right courier?
Yes. The courier is read from the fulfilment on the order, and recognised from the tracking number when the store does not say.
Do I need both?
No. Each works alone. Together they cover the order end to end.
