Shopify CRM for orders, couriers, cash on delivery and calls
Install from the Shopify App Store, log in, and your orders, fulfilments and tracking numbers are already there. Everything the platform does — confirmation, tracking, money, warehouse — runs on your Shopify data.
What syncs from Shopify
- Orders with customer, address, phone, products and payment gateway (COD detected automatically).
- Fulfilments with tracking number and tracking company — the courier is recognised from the fulfilment, so a Cargus parcel is tracked by the Cargus adapter, not guessed.
- Tags: confirmed / cancelled / operator tags are written back so Shopify Flow and your team see the same state.
- Products, variants, SKUs and stock, for the warehouse module.
What writes back to Shopify
- Order tags on confirm, cancel and edit.
- Order cancellation with restock.
- Orders created by phone, with the correct currency and COD fee.
- Stock adjustments from goods receipts, as deltas.
Built the way Shopify requires
GraphQL Admin API only, OAuth with expiring tokens, billing through Shopify Billing API (Starter $9, Growth $19, Pro $29, 14-day trial), GDPR webhooks, per-shop data isolation. Non-embedded: NDA CRM opens as a full application at app.ndacrm.com, because a call center needs the whole screen.
Multi-store
One workspace per store, or one login with several workspaces. Each store keeps its own couriers, currency and team.
Frequently asked questions
Does it need a COD form app?
No. It reads the payment gateway and shipping address of every order. If you use a COD form app that tags orders, you can restrict the call list to that tag.
Is it embedded in Shopify admin?
No — it opens in its own window. The phone system and the scanning screens need the full browser.
Can I use it with Shopify Flow?
Yes. NDA CRM writes tags on orders; Flow can react to them.
