Scan-out sessions
Open a session, scan each label with a phone or a USB scanner. Parcels that were labelled but never scanned show up as “not picked up” — the order that would otherwise be discovered by an angry customer a week later.
Goods receipts
Products are pulled from Shopify or WooCommerce with variants, SKUs and current stock. A receipt adds quantities and, if you want, writes them back to the store as a delta — so orders placed while you were counting are not overwritten.
Stock counts and reservations
Count by scanning, see the difference against the store, close the count. Confirmed-but-not-shipped orders reserve stock so the call center never sells the last unit twice.
Manifests
A manifest per courier per day, generated from the scan session, for the driver to sign.
