Team, roles, departments and internal chat
A call center operator, a warehouse clerk and the accountant do not need the same screens. Roles and departments show each person only their zone; the supervisor sees everyone.
Roles
- Owner — billing, integrations, everything.
- Admin — settings, team, couriers, no billing.
- Operator — the departments assigned: call center, warehouse, operations.
- Viewer — read-only, for an accountant or a partner.
Departments
Dashboard, Call center, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Customers, Marketing, Analytics, Administration. A department is a set of screens and API routes; a user outside it gets nothing, not even by URL.
Supervisor board
Who is working on what right now, confirmations per agent today, calls answered and missed, and the queue of orders nobody has touched. Reassign with one click.
Internal chat
A team chat inside the CRM — per shift, without leaving the order. Mention a colleague on an order, hand over a callback, ask the warehouse whether the parcel left. No WhatsApp group with customer data in it.
Extensions and caller ID
Each operator is linked to a phone extension, so an incoming call opens the customer on the right person’s screen and the call log knows who spoke to whom.
Frequently asked questions
Can one person be in two departments?
Yes — an operator can have call center and warehouse, for example.
Is the chat stored?
Yes, per workspace, and visible to the supervisor.
