Bookurier is a Romanian courier used by small and mid-size online stores. NDA CRM connects to Bookurier through the carrier’s own API and keeps every Bookurier parcel updated on the order it belongs to.
How the Bookurier integration works
- Connect once. In Couriers → Bookurier paste your Bookurier API credentials. Credentials are encrypted per workspace and never shared between accounts.
- Test. The “Test connection” button performs a real login against Bookurier and tells you immediately if a credential is wrong.
- Track automatically. Every hour (and whenever you press “Check parcels”), NDA CRM asks Bookurier for the status of each open parcel and writes it on the order — the raw Bookurier event plus a normalised status shared by all 16 couriers.
- Act. Refused and returned parcels go to the returns queue; parcels waiting at a pickup point trigger the reminder message you configured; stuck parcels raise an alert.

Bookurier plus Shopify or WooCommerce
Orders arrive from your store with the tracking number you added at fulfilment. NDA CRM recognises the carrier from the fulfilment’s tracking company (or from the tracking number format), so Bookurier parcels are tracked by the Bookurier adapter — never mislabelled as another courier. Frequently asked questions
Does NDA CRM create Bookurier shipping labels?
No. Labels are created where you already create them (your store, the courier platform or a shipping app). NDA CRM takes over after the label exists: tracking, alerts, returns and reconciliation.
How often is Bookurier status refreshed?
Hourly by default, in batches so your courier account is never rate-limited, plus on demand from the dashboard.
Is my Bookurier password stored safely?
Credentials are encrypted with a per-workspace key before they touch the database and are masked in every screen and API response.
