NDA CRM vs a generic sales CRM for e-commerce
A sales CRM is built around a deal that moves through stages over weeks. An online store has 150 deals a day that each last four days and end at a courier’s door. Different problem, different tool.
What generic CRMs lack
- No notion of a parcel, a courier or a tracking number as first-class objects.
- No cash-on-delivery: the sale is “won” at checkout, not at delivery.
- No courier integrations; at best a Zapier chain per carrier.
- Phone integrations designed for sales dialers, not confirmation queues.
What NDA CRM lacks
- Long B2B pipelines, quotes and multi-stage deal forecasting.
- Marketing attribution across ad platforms.
Using both
Some stores keep a sales CRM for wholesale accounts and run NDA CRM for the store. Tags and exports connect them where needed.
